Intertech specializes in highly engineered, tight tolerance injection molding with a commitment to “part perfect” manufacturing. At Intertech, innovation is promoted and ingrained in its customer-centric manufacturing culture at all levels. Intertech leverages a differentiating product launch process focused on tool development and automated process control and quality compliance systems to deliver part perfect solutions that meet and exceed customers’ needs. Intertech sustains its advantage through apprenticeship programs and prioritizing the development and education of their most valuable resource—its people. Intertech has more than 20 proprietary product lines supporting the life sciences market. Intertech is leading the way to develop medical and pharma-based packaging solutions with product enhancements such as oxygen-barrier technologies, biodegradable accelerators, sustainable resins and in-mold labeling (IML) solutions.
Intertech has two state-of-the art production facilities located in Denver, Colorado, with more than 50 injection molding machines ranging from 35 to 1500-tons, ISO 13485 certified manufacturing, Class 8 clean rooms and MedAccred® accreditations. Omega
For more than 35 years, Omega has been a leader in providing custom low-to-mid volume tooling, molding, and assembly solutions for drug delivery, diagnostic equipment, surgical devices and orthopedic medical applications. Omega’s ‘a la carte’ offering of high-end development, bridge-to-production, and low-to-mid volume production capabilities gives clients the flexibility to pick a custom solution that fits their needs.
Omega offers design for manufacturing assistance, in-house tool making capabilities, Class 8 injection molding and assembly, a full range of metrology capabilities, and is ISO 13485 certified and FDA registered. All of these capabilities are aimed at providing clients with a faster product launch cycle from development to validation to low and medium volume production and assembly.
To drive faster and better development cycles and product launches, Omega has developed the latest milling technology and integrated tool build processes for its automated tooling cell. In addition, Omega has introduced advanced inspection capabilities and has incorporated injection molding plunger technology to support precision molding of small components while complying to FDA 21CFR820 in support of faster commercial launches of medical devices and components.
Omega’s production facility located in Clinton Township, Michigan, has more than 25 molding machines with press capabilities ranging from 30 to 400-tons. Grounded in collaboration, responsiveness, technology and reliability, Omega provides a speed to market advantage.
