How do I scale most effectively? Do I have the time to manage all the transitions that need to occur during scale-up? When do I engage a higher volume provider? How do the communication paths work between suppliers? Working collaboratively within TriMas Life Sciences, we answer all those questions for our clients.
Let’s face it – the effort required to scale a product into higher volumes often takes as much effort (if not more) as it does to launch the product in the first place! Having a team on your side that understands the challenges of scalability and takes an active role in making sure scalability happens smoothly ensures your product continues to thrive in the market.
